Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern the use of the Lowe Moto Service & Repair Plan (“Service Plan”) provided by Lowe Moto, located at The Cedars, Abergavenny Road, NP4 0AD. By subscribing to the Service Plan, you agree to these Terms.

1. Plan Overview

  1. The Service Plan allows customers to pay a recurring monthly fee for a motorcycle service & repair plan at Lowe Moto.

Benefits include (Depending on which plan is chosen):

  • Discounts on labour

  • Discounts on in-store purchases

  • Free annual pre-MOT check

  • Free annual motorcycle health check

Inclusions & Exclusions

  1. The Service Plan includes routine and general motorcycle servicing & repairs necessary to maintain safe operation as follows:

    • Adjustment or replacement of brake pads

    • Adjustment or replacement of brake discs

    • Oil, filters, spark plug changes

    • Replacement of chain & sprockets

    • Tyre change/replacement

  2. Excluded repairs (not covered by the Service Plan) include, but not limited to:

    • Engine rebuilds, major engine/transmission work, or replacement.

    • Accident or collision repairs

    • Cosmetic bodywork or paint

    • Tyre replacement or upgrades

    • Valve checks/clearance

    • Any parts or repairs requested outside of normal safety/service requirements

  3. All work performed under the Service Plan is at the discretion of Lowe Moto technicians. Customers are responsible for approving and paying for any work not included in the Service Plan.

2. Eligibility

  1. The Service Plan is available to individuals aged 18 or over.

  2. The Service Plan is valid for one motorcycle per subscription.

  3. Customers must provide accurate contact and motorcycle information when subscribing.

3. Subscription & Payments

  1. The subscription fee varies dependant on which plan you choose.

  2. Payments are processed automatically via Wix Payments / Stripe.

  3. The subscription will automatically renew monthly unless cancelled.

  4. Customers are responsible for maintaining valid payment details.

  5. All amounts are inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

4. Cancellation

  1. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Wix account.

  2. Cancellation takes effect from the next billing cycle.

  3. No refunds are provided for payments already processed but will be available to spend at Lowe Moto.

5. Missed Payments

  1. If a payment fails, the Service Plan will pause until payment is resolved.

  2. Lowe Moto may contact you to update payment details.

6. Service Schedule

  1. Service & repair appointments must be booked in advance via Lowe Moto.

  2. Lowe Moto reserves the right to refuse or reschedule bookings due to operational constraints.

7. Customer Responsibilities

  1. Customers must present their motorcycle for service at agreed times.

  2. Customers are responsible for removing personal items from the motorcycle before service.

  3. Customers must provide accurate information about motorcycle condition and history.

  4. Customers must comply with all health and safety requirements while on site.

8. Liability

  1. Lowe Moto provides services with reasonable skill and care.

  2. Lowe Moto is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

  3. In the event of any service-related damage, liability is limited to repair or replacement of affected parts only.

9. Force Majeure

Lowe Moto is not liable for delays or failure to provide services caused by events outside reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Extreme weather, flooding, or natural disasters

  • Strikes, industrial action, or supplier failure

  • Government restrictions or emergencies

10. Privacy & Data Protection

  1. Lowe Moto collects and processes customer data for the purposes of administering the Service Plan and processing payments.

  2. Customer data is stored securely in accordance with UK data protection laws.

  3. Data will not be shared with third parties except as required for payment processing.

11. Changes to the Plan

  1. Lowe Moto reserves the right to modify the Service Plan, including pricing, benefits, or terms.

  2. Any changes will be communicated via email.

  3. Continued use of the plan after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

  1. These T&Cs are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

  2. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
